The 2006 Annual General Meeting was held at 11am on Thursday 18 May 2006 at The Mermaid Conference & Events Centre, Puddle Dock, Blackfriars, London EC4V 3DB.
All directors attended the Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2006. No shareholder questions were directed to the Chair of each of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. All questions were directed to the Chairman.
